Running the b18b ecu is a pretty conventional way of running that motor. It’s what my daily driver is. After doing some checking with a wideband it’s pretty clear that they run lean at part throttle and idle. A cheater way to bump it up a little bit is to disconnect the vacuum from the fuel pressure regulator. But you may have other obd2/swap gremlins too.

B20b and b18b are the same injectors.

If I pull the vacuum hose of the regulator shouldl I plug the hose or just let it suck air?
