Dirt wheelset completely tore down, powdercoated (rims have a nick or two from spokes on rebuild) Allballs seals and bearings, OEM SM rotors, and 45t sprocket. Kenda DOT Dual sport knobbies, Michelin 4mm thick Airstop tubes (cost more than the GD tires) READ: This is a 100% complete almost 1 wrench swap between dirt and Supermoto. Supermoto engineering axle sliders, Shinko705 tires on 17’s. All switchgear has been replaced with Highway dirtbike’s billet parts, Zeta Handguards w/integrated signals, Edge smoked tailight with matching low-pro signals. Trailtech speedo w/tach. All wiring soldered, shink tubed and re-loomed, no bullshit, will gladly remove mask and seat to expose all wiring changes.
Dirt wheels are listed elsewhere, and have some interest from a few parties for asking price of $800 complete. Asking price for bike is $3500 or reasonable obo with just 17’s, $4k all inclusive.
Long story short, I got hit again this year on my way to teach the MSF BRC class, in front of half of the students watching. Rattled my cage pretty hard and have had zero motivation to ride it. I’ve been out on it, and I’m not all nervy or shit, I still enjoyed being out, I just have no drive to get on it, haven’t taught other than a fill-in or two either since. I’ll likely continue to teach, but who knows. I’m not giving it away, it’s not going to go bad, it’s reg’d, insured and I’ve got gear still. What am I going to do with the money? Likely buy a plastic bicycle and more spandex, seriously. I have ridden my bicycle 10x more miles this year than this bike, and more miles running this season, I’ve got GPS tracks, and speedometer readings to prove it.
