Going based on the mechanical aspect purely on my WRX wagon. Really the only thing is around 60k that it’s recommended to have the timing belt changed. Seeing as it’s under that point really just check for any obvious problems. Beyond that, there really is nothing terribly special to look for just check for what you would with a normal car.
Not sure if there are any specific issues related saab added components interior/exterior wise. But it’s a mostly problem free car, with low cost of maintenance as long as it wasn’t beat on. I have 105k on my 02 WRX wagon and I can pretty much count what I have needed to replace on one hand.
