pick this bike up cheap with kinda sorta frame/title issues so its going to be tracked out and possibly ridden on the street i havent decided what avenue to take to get it road legal

If it’s an 07, why does it have an 03-04 frame?
Subframe and swinger are 05+ for sure, but frame is earlier.
thats the issue haha story is previous owner let a buddy borrow the bike he crashed it and instead of buying the bike taking over payments, he bought him a frame and swapped everything over to a frame with no title, i have a black frame with paper work i just dont know if i wanna take it all apart and swap it over
