I have an SE-R not Spev-V will that exhaust work still?
I would just go with the one designed for your engine size. Most of those parts are interchangeable from one model to the next, they are all built basically on the same chassis.
Yes it will work. SE-R and SpecV have the Exact exhaust set up. Note that STILLEN is only an axel back pc which on the B16 SE-R is a technical catback. and the 2.0L is a full Cat-back as the cat is further up towards the front of the car. Even call or email them and they will verify this with you. I have been down this road months ago.

This is not a catback then just and axel back?
Cat-back runs from your catalytic converter back, that pic is of an axel back. The Sentra exhaust system is basically 3 parts, header, mid-pipe, over axel pipe. The mid pipe is the part that contains your cat, so that exhaust pic you have shown connects to the end of your midpipe. The pipe with the converter connects to your header.
