With 811 ft-lbs of torque on a Mustang Dyno;
Looks like a nice curve too:
i bet it makes 0 horsepower within a few months
I will make power, just not WHP
That’ll throw your head back.
I knew that was Buschur just from seeing the dyno room, been there numerous times for the DSM Shootout weekend. They do awesome work! I had no idea they were working on GTR’s though.
is this the first GTR over 1k WHP?
the vr38 is not build for big power like the rb…rb has an iron block, the vr is all aluminum with plasma sprayed liners…i wonder if it can be built with iron sleeves for greater reliability
Anyone following the AMS GTR tear down? not the AMS sponsors from here.
When I win the lotto, thats the first car I will buy. R35 by Switzer.
Shit, on a mustang dyno too. Thats pretty amazing.
if its not sleeved i would be shocked and would agree with bing
is this the same switzer that tunes porsches in ohio?
If they only made them with a thrid pedal…
^A dying bread unfortunately…
is that the stage after it goes stale?
LOL^
That’s ok power…
:word:
Yup, it is Buschur’s Dyno. It was Switzer Performance who built and tuned the car.
They are right down the road from Buschur.
sweet mother of god
That’s a big power number for that dyno so that’s great, but this is yet another extremely smooth looking graph with the filtering number photoshopped off the graph. If the car runs well, leave the smoothing low and show that. If it doesn’t run smoothly and you’re covering it up with high smoothing i.e. 50, at least show that.
As if messing with dynos to make them read higher or lower to skew things wasn’t enough…
Yes these are pet peeves of mine…
