on the wheel when you drive? I was bored on the way to work and saw that most girls have 2 hands on the wheel and most guy’s only use 1 hand.
When driving a manual, i use 1, but when i have an automatic I usually have 2 hands on the wheel.

same here except I’ll say its 1.75 hands on the wheel depreciating the time taken away to shift taken into consideration
i don’t hold the wheel (i’m raw like that)
There are also those “special occasions” when trying to work a flame apparatus and glass ‘tobacco’ cylinder that requires 0 hands and a knee to drive. I’m a pro at that.
I am a chick and I always have 1 hand on the wheel… (but most chicks don’t drive cars with manual trannys… :hs: )

I know alot of women that drive manual trans. The last 2 women I dated both drove them on a regular basis. One even had a big ass Jeep and went off roading at least once a week. Melissa is who taught me how to drive a stick actually, in her tiny ass Mitsu Mirage. But I’ll never admit that a woman taught me to drive a stick, hahaha. oh shit too late.

in a manual- one hand, cuase the other is shifting.
in an auto- most likely one hand. i’m used to drivin a manual, so the other hand rests on the floor shifter out of habit.
downshift from 4th -> 3rd in manual ≠ downshift from D -> N in auto.
I’ve done that a few times in my mom’s jeep with the floor shifter. Took me a minute to realize WTF was goin on the first time.
You think that is bad try steping on the “clutch” while driving an auto and then realize its the fucking break as you lock up the tires and slide 5 feet… :doh:
All 3 vehicles we have now are manuals and I have been driving a manual for over 3 years…
