this Saturday is another Finger Lakes Region SCCA RallyCross event in Leicester. Novices are always welcome and loaner helmets are available on site.

Here’s an update from Mark Laitenberger, note the time change.
Well as it stands right now (subject to change) the weather should be dry or drier but cold with a chance of some snow. With daylight savings time over we are going to try to start a little earlier. I will be there about 8:00 and would like to start tech by 8:30, Drivers meeting at 9:30 and first car start at 10:00 so we can be done by 3:00 and still get some fun runs in if we have time. I did not get a report from Bruce as to the track condition but expect it to be hard with a few ruts. some spots may be frozen all day and those that stayed to help fix it after the last event was postponed smoothed out a lot of the areas. There may be a little snow on the ground for the first few runs and there should not be much wind but the temp will be cold. Dress appropriately.
