Had a 135i come up on me traveling on a long interstate highway that runs across NY state this evening while heading home. I was just cruising along at just over highway speeds and he went past me a decent clip… of course I’m going to give chase! So we play a bit of cat and mouse between the speed limit and triple digits for awhile until we get a stretch of open road and I blow past him fairly deep into 5th gear. Slow down, wait for him, repeat. Finally we get a stretch of both lanes open for a few miles, he pulls up next to me and throws a thumbs up, I return and downshift to 3rd and tip into the throttle to lift the front and show I’m ready to go. He starts accelerating and I roll in (yes, roll in, 3rd gear when it’s this cold gets a bit squirrelly). We pull through 3rd, into 4th and I took a glance, he’s at my 1/4 panel, as I grab 5th he’s a few cars back, and once I decided to shut it down he’s about 10 back. No idea if he was modded or not, but it was a fun little run considering it’s the dead of winter :lol: I’d really like to get some runs in against Sam/Jeller/Xander.:eekdance:

just our own control module that tricks the stock ecu into seeing stock boost/fuel. if i remember correctly it put down 367-374TQ and 320hp which is 55whp/85wtq more than stock.

I think we have sam’s car as fast/safe as it can be with just the procede as the only mod. I will be looking forward to some spring time runs :tup:
