Next project should be easy. How hard can putting pegs on a Huffy be?
Would be hard to package an LS and turbos.
That would be something nice to do someday!
Well played…
Anyhow I am on the hunt for a 50s chevy. I like the pre 55 stuff and also would consider a 55-57. If anyone knows of one let me know!
No it isn’t necessary and yes I will do burnouts in all of them at once.

Next one is for the wife though
Very nice!
50s Chevy, chop the top, paint it purple grape, add the license plate RACHET.
This is so much win.

Car update.
-Not charging the battery. Going to try a new alt tomorrow.
- Need to install aerocatch hood latch system. On order so maybe next week
- Make a shifter boot. Anyone have any experience here?
- Need to modify the dash and mount the 5" screen I am using with Holley efi for certain gauges
Still some work ahead. Nothing crazy. Nothing fun either!
Shifter boot: Old leather jacket from good will, cut and stitched up nicely. Someone here has to have an industrial sewing machine if I remember correctly? @newman? Or did you ruin your moms sewing the 550 seat? lol
Why not use hood pins??
They are hood pins.
I have some funny pictures from the installation of those on the Nova.
@Minglor is trolling. My father inlaw had a melt down when he saw I “butchered” my OEM Nova hood with a set of aerocatches instead of hood pins. My response was “I left the hood pins behind the trailer park”

Ah, another teach me how to troll lesson. :snky:
:lolham:
drew i think you can too. You drove the rx7 pretty good when we had a t56 date night at NYI
You should bet LZ $100 on the 9.99 on a t56 for the 2015 season and give him a chance again!
Here
those aerocatches are such a pain to install. the nova was not fun. lol
I’s impossible. I remember another certain TT car blaming not getting into the 10’s solely on the T-56 too… haha.
