Up for sale is my ‘winter bike’. I could go through any amount of snow on this thing. Only really rode it around campus and to class but I have taken it on a 20 mile trip once. It is registered and insured but I’ve never gotten it inspected. I got the turn signals to work a few years ago but they stopped working, not sure why. The head and tail lights work though.
Starts right up every time, runs great. Last spring it ate a piston so I put a new piston, rings, needle bearing, and crank w/bearings in. Got it bored .020 over.
New tires and chain/sprocket when I first got it. Forks have been rebuilt, brakes work well (for drum). Oil injection works great too.
Pretty legit little bike. My 9 year old brother rode it for a while and it hauls my 250 pound ass around fairly well.
I don’t need to sell it but I am moving out of NYS this year and don’t really feeling like transporting it around the country.
