Here is the catch: The bar, No catch, just come get this shit before my sledgehammer does. Don’t mind all the trim wod on it, it is actually in really great condition and would make a perfect basement bar.
The Hot Tub, It is really big and in a cabinet. The cabinet is bigger than the door that it has to go out of. I also assume it is really heavy and I don’t know if it works or not. I am going to cut this fucker in pieces with a sawzall by tomorrow evening so if you want to gamble on a free hot tub let me know and I will help you get it at least outside if you can’t take immediately off the property.
Not at all ghetto as they definitely had a professional build the room, but that guy had no clue what he was doing. There is no ventilation and the house reeks of the moisture. I am completely gutting out that area and hopefully only that area. I will know soon.

I also have these really thick glass panels that were built in to the wall. they are etched to look like a wave i think. I will post a picture of those as well.
