I still think this is super rad.
Love this!!
Is it a manual?
That is SO dope. It’s gotta be built like a bank vault.
If I’m off-base, you can tell me to STFU, but is that lower bumper from a Ranger? it looks wild!
Automatic…pretty sure it’s a Ford AOD.
Definitely is a SOLID car, one that when you shut the door it just sounds good. Driving it you’d never know it’s 30+ years old. Close with the bumper, but it’s actually from a Dodge Dakota:) The sides and rear are hand fabbed from foam/fiberglass.
I still think the best feature on the car is the manual sunroof…crank open and close just like a door window.
Forgot to mention…this car was also repainted late last summer, same blue but now with some pearl in it. Previous paint was oxidized a bit and rather than let me buff it, he painted it…that just goes to show you how nuts Jake is about this thing!
Yup…Mike summed it all up.
No Blower…still sitting in the garage, all ready to go chew up $5.00+ gas for someone…The “kit” is all there…carbon fiber pipes, molds, T Clamps, blow off valve, new injectors, new intake adapters, etc.
It was repainted Mike…because there was some rust near the sunroof felt and rear tail lamp…I didn’t like it. Paint now is not perfect - Buffalo has already discolored it in a few spots…and it sits in a garage! Although I am sure with some light touch up Sata spray and your skills…it could have been buffed and blended!

Here is a short from the first video back in 2005 of the ORIGINAL MOCK UP and TEST MULE M-90. This is the first fire up, no intakes, no covers…nothing but it bolted on and spinning from the power plant.

There is a shot of the mentioned sunroof.

God I love this car
That is a helluva lot of car for $5500.
Love this car so much, wish the s/c was still on their!
Awesome car!
Just wondering how much power this makes with and without the blower.
GLWS
How reliable is somthing like this? Trade for a 50th r6?
I do not know - never had it on a dyno…I just cruise (d) in it. The blower definitely added torque!

I have only had starter failure - it has been extremely reliable to me in the time I have owned it. I would not like to trade.
How are the lower front lip and side skirts held onto this car? Was it installed as a lip lit? Also, is their a dent under the driver side tail light? Finally, is the dash cracking on the passenger side?
I saw this on Main Street in EA last week.
Rolled around in this car a week ago…it’s still awesome and a car I will greatly miss. Here’s a little site with some more pics: http://www.1980mb230.com/
This is cool, just seen it last week. Fuck, all u need is a couple sheppards and u could roll around like Hitler!Lol GLWS
I am about to go do a little research on this car. I think I would love to cruise around in this!!
You’d better act fast…a gentleman is coming down from Toronto today to look at 4 cars in the Buffalo area and return with a sedan and a roadster. This car is on the list of 4.
