Sorry. I didn’t NO.

It’s still early here. Florida is a few hours ahead.

lol

Rust? I thought they were al-u-minium(British accent).

trade for a 99 Chevy RCLB 4x4

I’m glad you are honest about what it needs, but I guess I don’t get owning something like this if most of the ammenities are broken. I say keep up with that stuff or drive a cheaper vehicle that came unrefined from birth.

3 things that do not work /= “Most of the amenities”

^I agree, i scrolled up and reread it looking for the bad things… and they didnt seem all that LUXURIOS…

Jaut, you mean just the A/C, Sunroof, cruise, and wiper don’t work?! no, those aren’t most of the luxury…What does that leave, doors and wheels?!

Side note, do you know why these don’t work?

Mentioned a vacuum line for the cruise, are you sure on this?
Does the A/C need any one part replaced, such as the pump?
Does the rear wiper need a motor, or is it not getting power at all?
Sunroof is a tough one, is the switch at least getting power?

Good luck with the sale though!

Great DD & winter ride when I had it

  • Vac lines to the control unit for the cruise were old and cracked when I had it. I never really tried to fix it.

  • AC should just need a charge. Everything was there when I had it, I assume gint didn’t rip any of the components out.

  • Rear wiper motor works, but it’s probably stripped inside somewhere. It moved a few inches then stopped when I had it.

  • Sunroof doesn’t move because it’s unplugged. There was a tiny clip that broke off that prevented it from sealing all the way up, so I had it shut manually and the motor unplugged. If you fix that clip and plug it back in, it will work.

  • The truck should now have about 50k on the newer Motor Schrodiggity dropped in a few years ago.

  • All Brakes were done about this time last year. Brake lines are all new if I remember correctly.

  • It had new plugs, wires, misc. coolant hoses that were getting soft, and probably more stuff I’m forgetting done about this time last year.

man i really love the way these older ranges look…

glws!

You are right, by todays standards AC is more basic than an amenity. If the heat didn’t work would you consider that a luxury? So the power windows, door locks work, and hopefully the cupholders aren’t broken. What else does this thing do for you? Was there an automated blow job option? If the radio was broken would you say it’s just an amenity you shouldn’t bother fixing? Normal cars have AC, heat, radios, pdl, and pw’s. Why buy a luxury vehicle that has less options than some cobalts. I would fix these things if they broke on a shitty car, I would fix them on something like this.

Well, I bought it like this. It is a nice truck. It is just not what i want anymore. if it doesn’t sell on here i will just trade it in. So, you shitting all over my thread REALLY doesn’t bother me all that much
