1996 Blazer 4WD- new remanufactured engine and rebuilt transmission

1996 Chevy Blazer- In Cheektowaga, NY (eastern suburb of Buffalo)

Has a remanufactured 4.3L V6 engine and rebuilt automatic transmission with only 4,000 miles on both. Have receipts/documentation for both.
4 Wheel Drive
Power Windows and Locks
New Remote Starter
Heated Leather Seats with inflatable lumber support on both sides and full power seat on drivers side
New CD Player
Tires are nearly new
New front and rear brakes
Body is in excellent condition with almost no rust

A few things aren’t working properly-

A/C doesn’t work but all parts are present. I would assume there is a leak but it may just need a recharge.
The rear wiper doesn’t work
The drivers power lock doesn’t work (the actuator is weak, so sometimes it’ll lock but doesn’t have enough strength to unlock most of the time)
The passenger side heated seat doesn’t work, but the inflatable lumbar function does work.

I rebuilt this vehicle last summer with the intention of making it my daily driver for many years to come, but my plans have changed and I’ve decided to sell it.
Asking $5,700

Totally off topic, but what’s the NYR stand for in your user name?

New York Rangers. I’m originally from the NYC area.

How many miles on the body?

Nice, I thought it might be. I think you might be the only other Rangers fan on here besides me lol. But I’m originally from the Buffalo area and still do like the Sabres.

The body has 148k on it. One of the reasons I decided to rebuild it is because the body is in such great shape. The paint is still good and you’d be hard pressed to find rust on the body aside from the frame rails and a little in the engine compartment. I replaced a number of other items along the way too like front sway bar bushings, 1 u-joint on each driveshaft, and when I replaced the brakes I also replaced one of the axle shaft bearings in the rear axle and changed the gear oil (the seals were leaking so I decided to check the bearings too… one just needed a new seal but the other got a new bearing as well) . I believe the transfer case had been rebuilt too at some point, but I didn’t own the vehicle then so I can’t say for sure that it was.

livin4hockey,
I’ve been living in Buffalo for almost 10 years now, but I know I’ll always stick with my New York teams. The Giants broke my heart this year but the Rangers finally built a team the right way and we’re starting to see it pay off! Awesome finish to the game last night with Zuccarello scoring his first NHL goal in OT.

That goal was sick, what a game he’ll never forget! Ok, I’m done going off topic.
