1997 Dodge Neon Espresso, 40 mpg, perfect!
This car is my daily driver, is in perfect condition, and gets 40 mpg on the highway. It is reliable for long trips, short trips, and everything in between.
Recent maintenance includes new brakes, new tires, and an oil change. Everything has been gone over, and the car is in perfect condition. The paint is vibrant and shiny. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smooth, the clutch holds strong, and the 2.0L DOHC engine pulls great. This car does not leak or burn any fluids, and passes inspection great.
The car has just over 125,000 miles on it, and runs like new. I have had 9 neons now, some of them have run over 220,000 miles, so this has plenty of life left in it. The previous owner did maintenance including the fuel pump, brake lines, radiator, and other common problems that these cars have.
