Up for sale is a 1999.5 Volkswagon Golf TDI. Car is 5-speed and has 268,xxx miles on it. Regardless of how you drive this thing, it gets ~50MPG.
I did a ton of maintenance on this car since purchasing it last year. Things that I’ve had replaced include: motor mounts, timing belt, rear wheel bears, rear beam bushings, alternator, battery, fuel filter,turbo, oil feed line, clutch master cylinder, axle, AC comprssor, and routine maintenance.
I’m sure there are a few things I’ve forgotten. When I purchased the car it was slammed on c5 vette wheels and raceland coils. Traded a ditb member for stock wheels with new tires and stock springs.
The body is pretty haggard, which is an understatement, but the car runs great and has no issues. I’m looking to get into something a bit more presentable and would consider trades for an E46 BMW, possibly an RSX.
Also, comes with a set of steelies and snow tires.
