hey nice car, glws, i may be trying to sell my xB in the next week or two, if i do, i would love to take a look at this thing, ill let you know

ok sounds good, i’m going to put it up on CL tonight.

i would of got this if it was up a week earlier… why r u selling it?

thank me later

Damn! shoulda asked mang! sell the jetta and buy this! i don’t see it being FS for long lol

haha yup

This car is cool. It looks gud lowered on the steelies with hubcaps.

if it wasnt an auto, id consider it…might want to list some of the maintenance that was performed since a lot usually had to be done around 100-120k iirc.

if it was 5spd i’d be keeping it too:lol

maintence wise i know, totally forgot to post that, i will edit the first post. fyi, the only thing thats needs to be replaced at 80-100k is the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump.

oh ok. i thought something had to be down with the fuel system, and air intake? maybe glowplugs?

im trying to do some research on these cars before i make the plunge.

I would have purchased this if I didn’t already know how often it was raced and beat on.

jk

oh yea haha. sorry about that.

the intake manifold needs to be cleaned due to the EGR sooting/clogging everything up.

that was also cleaned at 125k, when i got the car i turned off the egr duty cycle via vag-com so it won’t get clogged up anymore.

I would purchase this if I didn’t already know that it’s slower than a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country 4.0 liter.

:rofl

actually its not retard.

car is not for sale anymore

lock it up for now.

nope

yea it is, the car i was looking had a salvage title.

opened back up

why is that an issue? If it was repaired right it will be ok.

Ive had plenty of experience working on salvage cars.

the resale, fixed right or not is never the same.
