I should have you make me a exhaust mani so I can throw that DNP in the trash.
Got the downpipe and dumptube all done, mounted the intercooler as well. The downpipe is 4inch diameter .065wall 304 stainless steel. The rest of the exhaust will be 4inch diameter .065wall aluminum.

All that’s left, fabrication-wise is the intercooler piping, weld in the O2 bungs on downpipe, and finish the exhaust. Intercooler piping is next on the list, once thats done, motor comes out and off to the machine shop with that and the head.

stainless tig’s are always thin.
Looks nice. My only concern is the WG being a 90 degree or less angle from the runners. Any concern of boost creep with that setup?

Edit: I’m not worried about it, plus, I’m most likley not going to be pushing that 42R to it’s limits.

If you’re gonna run lower boost your wastegate needs to flow really well.

20psi to start, probably take it up to 30-35psi after break in.
