I haven’t been given my 3 month notice on this yet. So as of right now the soonest it will be available will be May 1st.
Bump… given an offical availabily of March 3rd, though their lease ends May 1st.
And after only 1 day of advertising this on Craigslist…just got a 2 year lease signed!.. For $2100/mo.
