Also - As someone who has looked at over 90 apts in the last year or two, here are a few questions that I would of had, if I was in the market…
How updated are the appliances?
Dishwasher?
New or original windows?
Any blown-in insulation?
What are the balanced bills for the gas and electric?
Does rent include water/sewer/user fee?
Porches?
On site laundry or hookups?
wow not bad at all…im at a place now thats 1000 per month everything included minus cable…and im lookin to GTFO of there asap! hmm i would need to find 2 other roomates…ill let you know!
