Our apartment in north buffalo will be up for rent come may (probably may 10th). It is just off of hertel on a good street.

It is a three bedroom upper, with updated kitchen, windows, bathroom, front and rear porches, one parking spot, and is about 1300sq ft. Also has dishwasher, hardwoods, and attic/basement storage.

Lower tenants are great.

It is a steal at $660/month + Gas/Electric.

I do not own this apartment, but I have lived here for almost 2 years and will miss it. The landlord is great.

have you been to north Buffalo lately? how many streets have you gotten shot on? no hate, just sayin’, north Buffalo’s generally a pretty clean little region, it’s much more suburban than the rest of the city, especially the regions off of Hertel or near the park.

it is the city, after all. most of the kids I went to high school with packed 9’s in their pockets while getting accepted to ivy league schools.
