There is not a garage at the property, Ian. There is, however, off street parking with room for 2 cars for the new tenant.

If I wasn’t a home owner I would definitely rent from Joe. Stand up guy!

Unfortunately, there is no garage. A large enough driveway though for 2-3 cars, it does have.
