Thanks man. I have gotten quite good tenants here, they all just want to buy their own house after renting for a bit!

I love that you don’t allow pets, I can’t tell you how many women I’ve cut off because of their stupid dog, Jesus people. GLWR

It is not something I love to do, as I am a friend of the pet, however it limits problems when in a 2 or more unit dwelling where others can be disturbed…
