Now that would be some convenient and comfortable living. Is the Social Membership included in the rent? That part was a bit vague, but otherwise looks enticing.
the social membership is offered at a discounted rate to those living within this private community. $500 for the year and the membership applies to the household. So the membership is an additional one-time annual charge if opted.
I know this place will get renters at $2K+/mo as the Bills start moving in…but they are a bit unstable as tenates to say the least…my only concern is them bringing their bitches and hoes and partying if they get a win.
Lol at Bitches and Hoes. This is a great price, and almost underpriced for the market. Take a look at the “Luxury Apartments” off of Rogers where some of the players stay, they go for around $1400, and offer nothing close to what you are offering.
these places go for high $100’s / low $200’s usually. they used to go for mid to low 100’s about 5 years ago iirc :ham: it really depends on the updates, some have smaller garages, ect. im assuming this one is baller as fck
super nice area, really quiet. i bring people food on this street quite often
Damn, that would be awesome if it was just a few hundred cheaper per month! I’ve been looking at townehouses in the area that are around $1,400/mo. to get more room than what I have now. You know if any of your less-baller neighbors are renting for less?
Sorry, but no. I bought this place as an investment property. Hell, i only bought it 8 months ago.
That’s the plan. I’m looking at Wellington or closer to West Palm. Target move date is June 1st.
rental prices here are about $1/sq-ft for average places w/ no finished basement. I’m asking about $1.10/sq-ft. I paid $192K
Bring me some food!
You’re pretty much spot on. My unit is one of the first ones they built so they were being used for models. They used higher quality materials and better construction on my unit (so i was informed by the inspector) than the other units. Plus, the model builds are the only ones with 9’ ceilings and lofts. Price Range on these are about $170K - $250K.
There are a few available for rent. I know the one across the street #14 is, a Bill used to live there before he got injured and cut. I don’t know how to contact the property owner though.
I can’t believe apartments go for this much in Hamburg. I was paying less for my apartment in Houston on the water one block from all the bars & restaurants. Though price per sq ft was higher as my apartment was 1200sq for $1500.
I already have been thinking about renting my house and buying a larger one lol. Good luck! Enjoy Florida.
