yeah, alex rented his place out to an older couple who are members at Brierwood for a 2-year lease.

Just got a 3 year lease signed at a higher asking price than asked for here.
I lucked out by getting a new Bill’s coach that doesn’t have pets, doesn’t smoke, and his chidren are all on their own. Plus he’s more stable than a player.
