Cons:
hand brake is loose

I’m interested in a trade for a 240sx with little to no rust(S13 or S14), clean and with or without goodies!(goodies would be nice though!)…will add money if needed… But nothing crazy lol

You are probably better off selling the car and then buying an S-chassis.
