New to the forums so i thought id post up.

Looks clean! :number1

Welcome.

I hope cops don’t hassle you over bending the plate. I had a friend of mine that got the book thrown at him during his interaction with police and they tried to charge him with damaging state property or something along those lines :rofl

Ive had a few interactions with the 5-0 and i was thinking the same thing but they actually didnt say anything about the plate.

Ill post up some motor pics and interior a little later

Put the plate back where it belongs. Other than that nice Civic

This. You already have holes in your bumper… it kind of defeats the point of a license plate relocate.

Car was built by a shift member. Meanb16/playz150
Nice car good luck with it looked goood when i seen it a few weeks back

I have my plate folded the same way, and stuck in my bumper, no problems.

Welcome.

Don’t listen to them. Leaave the plate and buy OEM bumper plugs if it doesn’t already have em.

Welcome to the fun. B16’s are balls slow arent they?

I would just get the plate bracket that puts it off to the side if it were my ride but who cares, looks very clean man! Good luck with it.

Bent plate red Civic buddiez! :lol

sick car man!

welcome, run with no front plate! all the cool kids are doing it. nice car

Nice car, looks very clean

my buddy recently got a ticket for having his plate bent like that. just a friendly warning - i think it looks good like that/car looks good in general man

Clean car! I assume it started as a ex? Are you in the schenectady area? I have seen a few coupes running around like yours.

If you’re gonna relocate the plate, I say go big or go home. The make hide-away kits that mount to the underside of the bumper and are electronic, controlled by a button in the cabin. You can fold it down or back up at will.

Car looks good though. My question is, wouldn’t it have been cheaper and quicker to buy a red Si instead of converting a coupe over? I mean, I dont know because I dont price out OEM bumper covers and B16’s, or the necessary labor involved

B16 with a few bolt ons, she gets it for what it is. Once its paid itll be frankensteined and boosted

And to answer all plate questions, the bolts are broken off inside the bumper so it is where it is.

im not gonna comment on the first part, wait … nm, i will. stupid

as for the 2nd part , if it was a red ex… it wouldnt take much to clone an si. If it was in great shape … i woulda done the same thing, its hard to find a nice unmolested si these days.

nice car btw bleez, makes me miss mine (and ps2high’s)
