2002 tacoma sr5 trd ext cab 4x4

alright, it’s a nice truck and all, but i still don’t see 15k in there lol, if you were a dealer this might be 11k-12k, but private party it’s going to be around 8k or 9k.

it’s overpriced and everyone knows it, either lower your price, remove your thread, or get over it, because nobody here will give you 15k for that truck. it’s just not worth that much with 100k miles.

ya you can keep your dumb comments to yourself and don’t post them…like i said before taco’s hold their value and if you can’t afford it cool then don’t post…

Were not trying to give you a hard time, just trying to explain that based on all the given information you might want to lower your asking price, it’s a suggestion though, not a demand. Being that it is your sale you have the right to set an asking price at whatever price you deem fair.

If you think this truck is worth $15,000 then GLWS, it does look very clean in the pictures and a huge plus being 4WD as well

You do know that KBB and NADA are always very high, right? Anyone that pays that is crazy.

I’d be interested if I got two for that price.

I think we are being very reasonable about trying to help you sell your truck, if I were you I would use it to my advantage.

And people wonder why they can’t sell their vehicles through NYSpeed…

Siqq truck though honestly.

ehh they are selling for a lot higher then KBB and NADA. Look on autotrader. Dealers are selling similar trucks for around 13-15 grand. You’d be able to get 11 easily. not the 15 you want, but also not the 8 or 9 grand that they list for private seller.

some cars sell for more then KBB. When i bought my G35 KBB was around 12 grand… but you could have searched autotrader unlimited miles and not found one with 58k miles and in good shape for anywhere near 12. Just like EG civics and integras. if people are into them they’ll sell for over KBB.

what the fuck are tacos? does the car come with tacos? why do you keep mentioning tacos? im so confused

EDIT- OH i get it TACOma. sweet. well i guess tomorrow i’ll be driving my acco, or maybe take my gf’s eleme. cant wait for my civ to be done. GOD that is so DUMB

TACOma… sometimes called yota’s.

It’s an off-road thing… you wouldn’t understand

So - is this the model whose frame will disappear in WNY salt?

I’ll sell my 2002 Tundra w/ 99k miles for $15k. KBB Clean Private Party is $8,900. NADA only gives prices for Trade In Value and Clean Retail Value. Average Trade In was $8,725 and Clean Retail was $12,925. I have never received a trade in offer over $6k in the past 2 years.

NADA isn’t really accurate.

I believe it was included. IMO it has more to do with how the vehicle was maintained. The frame on my Tundra looks decent for WNY. I wasn’t effected.

We’ve got one of these at school, in a 5 speed. Fucking awesome trucks, if I were to get one, this would be it.

Def a high price for an 8 year old truck with almost 100k miles on it. Clean retail on this in your link is $12k, but you want $3k over that? Sorry man, don’t see it.

Hard or Soft shell? Oh wait…

GLWS, I agree that $15k is incredibly steep, $9k value loss in 9 years? Doesn’t add up, but again, GLWS

i found that out on a forum that i joined i never new they called them tacos either till i joined lol

no those modles were only till 2000 and i sold mine before that happened…

I have been looking at these for a few months now, and what you said is pretty much 100% correct as far as price is concerned.

Shit my Tacoma was WAY WAY under priced when i sold it for $1500…wtf lol. GLWS…your gonna need it! you have a dealer license by any chance?

How many WNY miles have you put on it?

10,000 miles here
