2003 Mustang GTTT

I’d paste a link to the CL ad but it keeps getting flagged for some reason, and figuring out CL is like stereo instructions in Chinese. Anyway, putting this up here on the off chance someone didn’t see it when 2turboZ posted it last summer. I like this car and it’s fun to drive but I guess I have some “loftier” ideas in the works for next season (kind of like Kyle did when he sold it to me). I may post up some more on this once I get my thoughts in order. This is the ad pretty much word for word (obviously most of my post mirrors his):

Putting my 2003 GT Twin Turbo up for sale. I bought this from a friend of mine last summer and I am the 3rd owner. I have my eye on something different so it’s time to go.

What it is / was when I bought it:

A / C works well
Cruise control
Stock Radio / CD

Tuned by PopsRacing in Rochester - Street Tune. I am guessing 415whp 395 Ft lbs.
Comes with SCT hand held tuner.

What I’ve done to it since I bought it:

55,xxx miles
Recently rebuilt both turbo’s (bearings, seals, etc.)
New Helion oil scavenge pump. Turbowerks pump that came on it was failing.
Oil change with Mobil 1 full synthetic and Motorcraft oil filter.
Inspected two weeks ago.

Issues:

Slow leaking rack and pinion.
Some interior blemishes.

This is not a show car (in my opinion). It is clean with the year / miles and the paint is very glossy. There are 2 spots of poor touch up on both the hood and front bumper, and a small ding on the very bottom edge of the driver’s door. This is not the fastest car on the street but the TT kit certainly moves it along nicely. With the suspension set up the way it is, it hooks extremely well on the street and I have no fears of “sliding out” when going through the gears, but you can do some really nice heaters with the line locks. Ran an 8.5 at Lancaster on a Tuesday night with a prepped track. I’m not the best racer so it may do better. Did not use the 2 step launch. I have some of the original paperwork from the 1st owner.

I miss this car many.

Looking for some help / advice. My CL post has been deleted 4-5 times. Can’t figure out why. Tried my regular account and a new account. Tried some “tricks” online to avoid flagging. Nothing helps.

Create the ad without an account. I have never had issues doing it that way…and good luck with the sale…great guy/car/seller…

I didn’t know you could post without an account. Not even sure how to.

1st of the month bump

I will store this over the winter for the buyer, no charge.

humm would this or the rx7 win?

Are we leaving a car show?

LoL:tup:

Bump

Still lots of summer left…and car shows to burn out from.
