2007 Nissan 350Z VQ35HR

that might be it, i dont remember exactly

molybdenum? Oh, I was beat.

something like that…i have a technical release by Nissan describing how exactly they reduced friction using the coating from the 2nd to 3rd gen VQ series

 to going back to the days when Z’s came stock with a motor that could handle nearly twice the power they come with out of the box

What? No sodium filled Valves? What rubbish

I’ve recently seen this a couple times from some of the OEMs. I know the LS7 pistons has asymmetric skirts as well. The skirt is much larger on the thrust side for more support and smaller on the opposite side for less friction.

Just throw an LSx into an S2000 and call it a day…

Wow guys, im impressed, not buy the way the car looks (looks great) but by the engine. Hopefully this engine wont dissapoint anyone. Looks like nissan is starting to do more engineering, at least with the VQ. VVL is making its way back

impressive motors

looks okay…i think the current gcoupe looks a lot more bad ass…this looks bubblier :gotme:

I love it.

Kind of reminds me of the IS350 in the front. Which isn’t a bad thing.

Disappointed. Ive gotta give it some time to sink in and see it in other colors. Guess I fell for the concept a little too hard

Eh… looks like a Lexus not an Infinity.
