There is some type of oil consumption issue on the '07 cars, or the early versions with the HR type VQ. My buddy had it on his '07 and he ended up getting a whole new engine from Nissan covered by warranty last year.
But seeing that you have an '03 this should not concern you.

If you want it to be fast, just save up and turbo it. Dont bother with the bolt ons and such imo. I did work on my buddies 350, did Crawford headers, HKS Ti exhaust, lightweight flywheel, intake spacer, Nismo intake and some other shit, and it only ran 13.7X’s
so just save up your saying for turbo kit. I was just gona lower it, rims, exhaust.
