Just read about this in the latest issue from Modified Mag, since I do have a subscription.
Although, it is a Hyundai, rumours are saying that it is better than before. And, its RWD, 4-cyl Turbo and super affordable (though i haven’t found a price tag on it yet, thats what they claim)! Wow!
And its interesting to see that Hyundai was the first to take this step, I wonder if Nissan, Mazda and the others are going to release their own version of this.
If you notice, the specs are almost just like the SR20DETs.
^^seems like hyundai’s offering some really nice features…interested to hear more feedback regarding the suspension (fr dual link, rr 5 link) as well as the 6spd and diff.
hmmm…i wonder how much weight will come off after partially gutting it. 3600lbs iirc…only thing that really disappointed me when i first saw it but understandable given most of today’s heavy cars. i think i already saw a light enough version from rhy millen’s shop but that doesn’t count
