That is the pace I will be running to stay with the old man! Her time is great for the weather! I am hoping to run under 3:30 next weekend as there are TONS of hills. well i do need a vacation…you could be my street race manager…lets start setting something up. we may be able to travel the country… but i think we would actually have to win the races to do that.
