I LOVE these cars
So I told you about that last night and you already want to do it. Granted the package is cool, but I couldn’t do that to a car and just put it away. Especially now since factory muscle cars are few and far between.
Like most retro designs I loved it at first but I’m already growing tired of it.
I loved the current mustang when I saw it as a concept car at the detroit show but now I hate the look of it.
Once the V6 Challengers start popping up everywhere I’m sure I’ll get sick of them in a hurry too. Just not a fan of retro.
That drag race version is badass. Garlits ran an 11.24 when they premiered it. 5700ft track elevation too. They dropped the weight 1000lbs!
meh i dont like to too much, shows where the us car market is going when they cant come up with any new ideas for muscle cars. we might as well start growing afro’s and wearing bell bottoms if they are bringing back the 70’s. im surprised it doesnt have 8-track deck in it for the ultimate throw back style

There is a member on LS1gto and he posted a pic of the new Challanger next to a “new” GTO, it made the GTO look TINY and aerodynamic

Cool, I didn’t think they were putting the six speed in it until next year? These cars look sweet but they’re so damn big… and expensive. Even with 425 hp I can’t see these cars being very quick cause they’re such a pig at 4200lbs.
I saw the orange one earlier this year at the chicago auto show. Thought it was cool but wasnt a fan of it.
Monday I saw a black one on a truck and I love it. Would totally love to pick up a black one.

Never. The Hemi Darts, they made what, 50 of them and there are 4 left now? You know how many douche bags that buy these Challangers are going to never drive them thinking they are going to be worth a ton in the future, a bunch, resulting in them not being rare like the old muscle cars. Just like idiots on LS1gto.com who have GTO’s with under 1,000 miles on them thinking in the future they are going to be selling a Barret Jackson for 200K. If you want an investment, put your money in mutual funds/cd’s for 30 years as I guarantee it will be worth more then an 04-06 GTO in 30 years.

Motor Trend ran a 13.1 @ 108mph and 0-60 4.7. Not too bad, but lets see what the 6spd does.
I just want 2, mabe ill order another srt with the 6 speed.
