Have my 2012 golf r with 38k miles on it currently, need to downsize my fleet once again and this is the first to go, bought this car a year ago from west herr, bought it with 22k miles on it i am the second owner, first owner was the dean of some college local and this was his car to drive around in that the college gave him … GO figure lol…. car still has a full warranty on this so within the next week i am taking it in to have everything gone through and replaced, i will call and see if this is transferrable… Its a great car and always put a smile on my face. When i was in the market for another vw after i sold my gli, i wanted the best … so thats why i went with the golf r

Know if the vin build date falls within the period of the common water pump failure?

Nope this was not one of those cars , already was at vw of orchard park a couple months back and had that checked out when i was in for an oil change

VW warranties are indeed transferable for around $150.

Thanks for the kind words ! Everything is great and in top shape according to schmitts audi … replaced a missing bolt for the exhaust hanger … also bought 4 brand new tires
