The gauge cluster has like a mixed look to me. the rpm looks great and matches the exterior in how futuristic the car looks but the mph,fuel etc looks typical cheap GM from a 98 jimmy.

Its nice to hear all the car enthusiast that have normally talked so much shit about Corvette actually talking highly about them and how they are now on the ride path with this car. I’m curious to see what happens with the future of this car and the next step they take to better it.
The Guy In Charge Of The C7 Corvette’s Design Made The Pontiac Aztek.
The man responsible for the design team for the new Corvette Stingray is none other than Tom Peters.
GM would probably like to point out that Peters designed the classically pretty, understated C6 Corvette. I would like to point out that Peters was the Chief Designer for the Pontiac Aztek.
The Aztek was derided as the ugliest car on sale from the moment it came on the market, and it’s remains a regular feature on ‘ugliest cars of all time’ lists, along with ‘worst cars of all time’ lists, too.
Well that explains the rear end of it. C7 face lift is definitely going to change that, there isn’t any doubt.

I LOVE the C6 design, its very classy. The new C7 still hasn’t grown on me, but maybe when the Zo6/7/10,000 comes out maybe it’ll look better?

I saw that on Jalopnik and looked up the VIN. The blue numbered car they mention is one of the premiere editions. They are only producing 500 of those. They only made them in laguna blue with brownstone interior and some carbon bits. I think you get a luggage set as well. Doesn’t surprise me that a dealership would try to get more for one of those but I think the other one that have is just a normal z51.
Does anyone else fucking hate the exhaust? It reminds me of a bunch of trumpets, I can’t stand it, it’s too much, they should do an exhaust like the Zonda, Tri-Formation

This is why sometimes I look back at Tesla and love the fact they don’t sell through dealers. You don’t deal with the mark up bullshit dealers try to pull on cars like this.

By “get your car” you meant “get whatever the dealership has on the lot or access to at the time you go there” otherwise you’re still going to wait months for exactly the car you want to be built.
