2016 Tacoma TRD Off-Road (New Pickup #punintended)

^Nice! They really are awesome, awesome Trucks. Can’t wait to check it out.

Had the driveway/walks put in this summer. It’s 35’ wide now.

Jealous. I’ve always had a soft spot for Tacos.

Grab an MINT early 90s Tacoma and enjoy it!

That was my plan if I didn’t fall into this one…I may still do it.

That’s what UP! And a short drive!

6 hour flight out…35 hour drive back. I’d do it.

Nice

Oh yeah… duh… im in CA

5 hr drive/45m flight pending shitty Vegas/LA traffic.

Thanks!

I was out in Vegas to visit one of my Brother-in-laws in November. My other Brother-in-law drove from LA to meet us.

It doesn’t matter what time of day or year…always shitty traffic. You should still go snatch it up!!!

@XwalkerX and @GV1390 know that I won’t. :slight_smile:

lol accurate.

Saw its twin on the grass at Fucillo this afternoon. Sharp color.

You better!

Very nearly picked one of these up myself - this is a far better truck in my opinion than it’s competition over at GMC - I drove this and a Canyon back-to-back and was quite surprised at the percieved quality difference between the two (both 3.5L V6s, a Canyon SLE and Tacoma SR5). I ended up with a 2015 F150 FX4 Ecoboost instead, but I recommend the Toyota to my friends out here looking for a midsize.

I really dig that color. Definitely pops. I wanted the “Desert Tan” shade, probably shows no dirt in winter, heh.

Nice grab.

I frequently wish I had a truck, but since I don’t need to truck stuff 90% of the time I just can’t justify it.

You end up finding so many things to do with one, that you’ll wonder how you ever lived without one. Plus even the big V-8 full-size trucks get amazing mileage if you drive them right. The small V-6 models can hit even better numbers.

It’s true. After having a truck as a daily I don’t think I can ever be without one in my possession.

With regards to size I certainly have used a midsize for things that would have been easier in a full size…such as hauling 16 foot 2x4s. But loading it properly definitely makes it doable.

:word:

I don’t think I can ever go back to a car as a daily driver. Especially on days like today.

I’m not sure how I did all these trips to Lowes and various furniture stores in an Evo or an LH. Being a homeowner definitely adds to the need vs want table.
