Can I sue for false advertising? Getting my hopes up and smashing them to bits, I think I may have a civil suit worth thousands of dollars in punative and psychological damages! And I don’t even know what punative damages are… but… does that really matter? I got mauled by a bear because he said I could after buying the bike!
