240sx 95 headlight conversion

I just got a nissan 240 sx 1995 and am intresting in doing a head light conversion. Now how much work is required to complete this?

Fenders bumbers and hood? or will the lights just blot on with little modifcation

talk to s14_2nv he has that conversion done not too long ago and it looks good.
