The windshield in my 240sx looks like the previous owner didn’t change it for 15 years. When I started calling around on getting a price for a new one I think I found out why.
The rubber moldings for the 240sx cost 130-150 bucks. This is normally a 25-50 part other cars. I called about 3-4 places with the same results.
Can you use a universal rubber molding instead of 240sx specific? Because this makes the replacement damn near as much as I paid for the car.
ya you can get a universal moulding for a 240 should be around 20-30 dollars i have had a couple 240 windshilds installed and i always get a universal moulding
