97 and 98 talons didn’t come with sideskirts from the factory. Hence why they rust more. If you were looking for a price on the fenders. $75 for the pair.

just out of curiosity, have you looked into title companies? there’s a bunch in different states which helps depending on the situation due to the laws being different in each state. I’ve heard good things about Broadway Title, basically you surrender your title to them, they write it up as a trade-in or junk vehicle surrender, then you buy the car back. Since they are a dealer there is alot less red tape and they are able to do it whereas its alot harder to do as an individual
