We went in the off season, and got a non seaside view room, and it was still like $170 a night for a run down half empty hotel. Insanity.
sounds like jersey is the place to be these days
on another note. IN for taking a trip down
:eek::eek: $170 a night to stay in Asbury??? In a Run down ass hotel built in the 1800’s??? Thats just insane… And every season in Asbury Park is a off season lol…I dont think i paid close to that to stay in Seaside a block from the boardwalk
I know, there were four of us, so it wasn’t TOO terrible. Still a joke. “Offseason” my ass. No one goes to Asbury Park unless they are buying drugs, or hanging out at the gay bar in the Empress. Literally, gay bar.
Three our four years straight we stayed at La Fontana in Seaside, literally three blocks from the boardwalk, and it was only $70 a night or something like that?
The last time i stayed in Seaside, i stayed at the Franklin… It was bad, we wound up getting kicked out of the hotel and escorted out of Seaside by 4 cops… they said if they saw us anywhere in seaside the rest of the weekend we were going to be arrested lol… We DESTROYED that hotel room… Everyone i know is lame now and never want to go to the shore… theyd rather stay home and play with cars in their driveway
Eff that. I grew up in Florida, so I live for the ocean. Only thing New Jersey really has to offer me that New York can’t, so I take full advantage of free room and board at my aunt’s at least three times a year and spend a good 20 hours in a weekend sitting on my ass watching the waves. The best part was turning 21 and getting to enjoy sitting at some seaside bar for hours at a time laughing at the dirty sluts and Gotti fags.
BTW - we pretty much own this thread. :vlad
Yeah, i love the beach comber in seaside… its the bar on the boardwalk that goes out over the beach… Its fun to get drunk and watch the waves lol… And the “Gotti Fags” theyre called Bennys lol… The Sluts and Bennys are the reason its called Sleazeside… Oh and its alright that we own this thread… i started it anyways lol :hijacked:
Picked that up cheap on the boardwalk at Seaside a few years back, think it was like $7 - Best. Shirt. Ever.
Where in Jersey are you from anyway? It’s weird we both happen to lurk around the same areas so much…
LMFAO!!! that shirt is the best!! do you actually wear it?? Id love to see the expression of the boardwalk sluts when they see that shirt hahah…
I lived in Edison and In Waretown… Waretown is right next to Toms River
I wore it the day I got it, but I haven’t worn it in a while. The humor is somewhat wasted here. I was in jeans and that shirt with some flip flops, just comfy clothes considering it was only about 70ish that day. The girls in bikinis freezing their asses off gave me some priceless looks. I went to get my nose pierced that day and the guy at the tattoo shop thought it was the most hilarious thing he had ever seen. Apparently he was from Alaska of all fucking places, and pretty much felt the same way.
Yea that shirt is definatly awesome… I have a couple hats with a NJ logo on them thats a bit off of the NY yankees logo… In jersey everyone wants one when they see it but up here idiots just dont get it… They think the J is a fishing hook and they all say “dude thats a sweet fishing hat whered you get it” and im just like uhhhh yeah it says NJ… it has nothin to do with fishing buddy… actually… my avatar is the logo lol
Only sport NJ is good for is hockey.
Oh wait, that’s 'cause it’s like the only sport they have a team for.
Travis should be in here soon enough shit talking the Devil’s and going on and on about the Rangers…
Jersey has other teams lol… we got basketball too… Plus we got the stadium for the NY football teams… so HA!
Psh. Basketball. Football. No thanks, not for me.
I say this as I’m looking up Celtics tickets for this weekend. :retardclap
i hate basketball
I get to go see a Bruins game this weekend too. It all works out.
where at??
Heading out to beantown for the weekend. Should be a damn good time.
nice! how far of a drive is that? i always wanted to go to boston to check it out
About three hours - it’s a blast there. Aquarium is amazing, if you’re into that kind of thing you should definitely check it out.
