Spacers. Find one that will give you enough clearance not to rub your caliper and you’re good.
And for the people questioning the slotted lug holes, have you ever seen the hub adaptor for Dan’s dyno? Slotted… My buddy’s S10 had rims with the same bolt holes… The rim is hubcentric anyway, it just uses the lug nuts to hold it on, not keep it centered.
If i do a normal 5 lug swap should these work?
Do i need special hubs for the slotted wheels?

You should only need hub centric spacers, since the rim will be hub centric and not lug or stud centric, like DJPyro has said
will these even clear brakes?
i was under the impresion that 15’ was the smallest you could go.
