You don’t need to use a booth. Just have to make sure you prepare the hell out of the space. He used a respirator for the clear. It wasn’t that bad when he sprayed the color. But the clear is nasty crap. But true, you should wear a mask whenever painting.
But the color is awesome… 
I might actually show the car in some shows next year. Then I can argue if I don’t get an award
