69 Camaro resto - It's ALIVE! - no 56k

You can say so… I recently “changed” my engine choice. It was as easy as pulling out the wallet and emptying it. Worthwhile choice. It should be done in the next few days. The tranny has to get finished and we’ll drop them all in, carefully.

Some of these too:

Not sure on if I will get to actually drive it this fall. Hoping so. I’m measuring up the wheels so I can place and order and they take 2-3 weeks :frowning: But that will give me time to assemble everything.

I am putting it in the World of Wheels show in March in our GM vs. Ford room. Hopefully I can get more driving on it than out of the garage, down the driveway and onto the trailer. :frowning:

very nice! what heads you going with. how many cubes

That’s part of the snky snky… details soon…

BUMP for updates on zee old sk00l magic hustlah  how goes it?

Ya know Joe when you picked up that gear box you told me what you were going to run in it–has it changed???
here i was thinking i was special knowing what was going in and i even kept my mouth shut LOL

Hey Pauly… It changed a bit… Better internals. I have been saying that my motor is now dyslexic.

It hopefully goes in the next day or so. The car will be completely painted by Tuesday.

Paint is cut in on the doors, hood, and trunk. I assembled all of the interior tonight. Wasn’t that bad of a job. And looks a hell of a lot better than original.

Parts all over

As for the leg, yep it is. I deal with it better now, but I move slower. :frowning:
Some things help make you forget about the pain, aka Camaro > leg pain.

looks like a jigsaw puzzle :stuck_out_tongue: coming along great joe, you’re just gonna spend hours staring at this thing.

It’s actually not that bad. A lot easier than cars of today. We should have it together pretty quickly. I do want to get some driving time in.

Wiring should be a wee bit easier
If you do get this out this year we’ll have to meet up somewhere for a beer, I’d really like to see it. Lot of detail work in that car.

Hot, so hot.

I’m soooooo blue… In a good way [;)^]

Got 3 coats of color tonight. Tomorrow white rally stripes and clear coat.
