I may run next week as well if I can get some tires in time.
In orther news, Ray… some friends called me after I got home saying they saw a Red Supra on a flatbed traveling down I-90 that appeared to be “broken”. LOL :crackup
Oh im just saying a few runs on street tires would give you a good feel for the car, then start dialing in the times with sticky stuff, know what I’m sayin?
Suppose… I’m just going to bog off the line anyway. I really need a two step and some other things but I’m just going to run it anyways. Should trap mid 120’s so a 11.5 pull would make me happy. Probably wont happen for awhile though I need to learn how to track this beast.
Good thing Ray has a ton more power in his setup. The beauty of FI. His car isn’t anywhere close to its potential. Whether or not Ray wants/will go there is a different story.
yah i def agree with ya there. The thing is… why do you need more than that? i think 10’s and its a sick looking/sounding car, is enough. I’d be happy with it… put it in a garage, and when my girl wasn’t doin it for me go rub one out to it.
You don’t. The problem is people don’t realize how fast these cars are. I see some people getting in my BPU car that went 105-106 and thought it was quick. My 2 ton car SMOKES the tires from a roll on pump gas. I can’t imagine what your car is like given it’s weight but my car is a handful.
and its sad… cause i’m really over it. I went fast, and it was fun, but now i’d rather have something more comfortable, better looking, slower, turns better, more reliable, and newer. Oh and topless… the best things in life are topless. :tong
