Ok my friend has a old 240z, and the engine and trans is original but he wanted somthing easy and fun to tool around with, so we started talking about sbc swaps into 240s, have any of you guys done one and how hard is it? We were thinking because of the ease and availability of sbc and related parts this could be a pretty fun car for a reasonable amount of money, especially because sr20 swaps and rb25/6 swaps are pricey and somewhat complex… the good thing is his car is fairly solid so we wont be fixing rust forever
jagsthatrun usually has good info on swaps for quite a few vehicles…i dont know much about the actual 240 swap but i know quite a bit about sbc’s if you have questions on that
