Considering the drag on his body, I’m guessing that it’s probably the only way he’d realistically reach those speeds on a moped. Even the modded Puch’s of the late 70-80’s couldn’t reach those speeds because the rider was constantly creating a huge air resistance. Anyone who’s ever rode a naked sport bike can attest to this, lol.
