the car now makes a weird thunking noise when u drive by the rear driver tire. only happens when u are in the 10-50 mph rance and not giving it gas or breaking. im really confused. i think my sale fell through so please send me a PM if your interested. and have cash. i wont give out a test drive without seeing moneys its just a waste of my time. this car is a 1100 beater thats fun to drive.[COLOR=“Silver”]

yes mazda says replace at 65k… most people dont do it will 100k. dont think its been done. but if it breaks your fine bc it wont do any damage to a miata
i didnt think there was that much rot on it. no offense man. i just didn’t know that the rockers and the quarter were rotted so bad. the first round of pictures looked great.
I saw this car in person and thought the same. Sorry Tom, I really wish I could have picked this up, but the underbody of this car is just too far gone. I’m sure someone will pick it up though, maybe for parts or if they decide the can fix it. I wouldn’t mind fixing the quarters and the floor boards, but I know when I start cutting and try to weld, it is going to blow apart. The motor and drivetrain seemed pretty solid on it though so thats a good thing. GLWS and I wish I could have helped ya out man.
